Ali Nofal is a chef based in Amman who cooks 12 world cuisines: from mansaf and Levantine mezze to Gulf kabsa and Moroccan tagine, Italian pasta, Japanese sushi and Mexican tacos.
He works as a private chef for dinners and events across Jordan. He designs each menu with the host, cooks it properly, and takes care of the details of service down to the last plate.
