Chef Ali Nofal is based in Amman and cooks for events across all of Jordan's governorates: Amman, Irbid, Zarqa, Balqa and Salt, Madaba, Jerash, Ajloun, Mafraq, Karak, Tafilah, Ma'an and Aqaba.
Which cuisines does the chef cook?
12: Jordanian and Levantine, Gulf, Turkish, Moroccan, Italian, French, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Mexican, and American steakhouse. You can mix several cuisines at the same event.
What kinds of events does he cater?
